This variety is well suited to exposed pots and planters, and is winter hardy. Ideal for freezing. Wonderful tasting crop.A great dwarf, first early variety producing an abundance of small, well filled pods. Ideal for exposed plots and containers. This 'round seeded' variety is winter hardy and can be sown in the Autumn and Spring. Suitable for freezing.Outdoor Planting: Sow seeds 3cm deep direct in growing bed in rows 18" (45cm) apart, with a space of 3" (8cm) between each seed. Keep the soil moist. The Peas will need support as they grow, netting or canes are ideal. Pick the pods regularly to extend the harvest period. Peas prefer a rich, moist soil with plenty of dug in manure. Plant in a sheltered area and protect with cloches from late frosts. Use netting or black cotton for protection against birds. Keep well watered. Ideal for successional sowing.
