Wild rocket is slower growing than cultivated rocket, but has a more intense, sharp, clean flavour. Wild rocket is so flavoursome, it will almost never need a dressing!This variety produces an abundance of strong flavoured leaves which are perfect mixed with other salad greens. Slower to grow than cultivated Rocket.Outdoor Planting: Sow seeds thinly 1.5cm deep direct in growing beds in rows 12" (30cm) apart. Keep the soil moist, and be careful not to overwater. When large enough to handle thin to 4" (10cm) apart. Pick leaves as required.
