The Gastroback Design Advanced Pro BBQ Table Grill comes with two separate plates, so you can control the temperature on each one separately and prepare different kinds of food at the same time. There is a smooth grilling surface that is perfect for fillets of fish, seafood or vegetables but also for pancakes or bacon. The ridged surface makes a distinctive pattern on the food - perfect for steaks, burgers and sausages. Both surfaces have a non stick coating and are made of special aluminium with integrated heating elements, so you don't need to worry about hot spots. There is also a low-fat function for healthier grilling with no fat or grease.
