Description
What it does perfectly with hard cheese, it also does with chocolate or nut kernels: The cheese grater delivers either wafer-thin flakes or finely grated ingredients. For this purpose, there are two interchangeable grating discs with a super-sharp finish. While one disc is in use, the other can be safely stored in the lid of the dishwasher-safe grater. The food can also be stored under an airtight lid. In addition to the aroma lid, the standard equipment also includes a scraper and a drip tray.
