Ginger Ray Spider Web Balloons Create a spook-tacular display with these Halloween spider confetti balloons. The clear balloons with confetti will be a creepy addition to your decorations as the spiders appear to crawl on the inside of the balloons. Each pack contains five 12 inch confetti balloons. Directions: To get the confetti to stick best we recommend inflating with both helium and a puff of air. Once inflated rotate the balloon whilst rubbing the sides to get the confetti to stick. Group the balloons in bunches to maximise the effect.
