It is a wipe topcoat, therefore once applied you will need to cleanse the tacky layer away before applying any cuticle oils. Instructions for use:- Apply to prepped, dehydrated and primed nails, after the base coat and chosen gel polish colour Once cured apply the Rubber Top Gel in a thin even coat Cure for 60 seconds, cleanse and cuticle oil
