This Global G-779015 Air Kaze 3pc Knife Set includes: G-77 20cm Fluted Chef's Knife, GS-90 13cm Fluted Santoku Knife and a GSF-15 8cm Peeling Knife.Each of the knives in this set are inspired by the air and have therefore been chosen due to their ability to prepare poultry. The chefs knife in this selection are fluted which creates air pockets on the blades to prevent food from sticking to the knife.Global knives are crafted from high quality Cromova18 stainless steel and ice hardened to Rockwell 56-58. Each blade features an acute 15° cutting edge which holds its razor sharp edge for longer, yet is easily sharpened when required. The hollow handle is filled with sand to provide excellent balance whilst the classic Global dotted handle provides a secure grip. Smooth contours and seamless construction eliminate food or dirt traps, offering the ultimate in safety and hygiene. Knives are not for sale to persons under the age of 18. - all knives and bladed products are delivered by Age Verified Delivery (AVD) and cannot be delivered by DPD. The carrier may request proof of age in order to deliver your parcel. If proof of age is not available, or the recipient is underage, the carrier will refuse to deliver.
