All set for fast and intense downhill riding, this mountain bike (MTB) tyre features a front specific tread pattern that's designed to smash turns, hold grip on off-camber sections and find that last little bit of traction on wet roots, dusty rocks and nasty turns. Goodyear has also equipped this model with a Dynamic: Grip3S compound, which features the brand's softest triple3 rubbers for fantastic grip with slow rebound properties. Another benefit is its DH:Wall sidewall protection that uses a butyl layer located within the casing ply to provide the highest level of sidewall defence. This downhill version also has two layers of 60TPI casing fabric for increased protection and sidewall stiffness. Downhill Front Tyre with Tubeless Complete Design The Newton MTF (Mountain Front), part of Goodyear's range of mountain tyres developed for gravity disciplines. It features a Tubeless Complete design that offers the same benefits as tubeless-ready (TLR) technology, while also maintaining inflation pressure better than a traditional TLR tyre.
