Description
First Across the Line The C7 Race Bib Shorts+ are a brand new cycling short from Gore Wear with very much a race-focused compressive fit, supporting muscles to encourage blood flow and boost performance. The highly abrasion resistant fabric has incredible four-way stretch so it moves perfectly with your pedalling stroke and offering freedom of movement. The shorts are finished with low-profile silicone lined leg grippers giving a remarkably snug fit but one that spreads pressure for a firm and comfortable hold over the lower thighs. Central Torso Architecture For their new C7 range, Gore Wear has developed a brand new concept for the design and engineering of their cycling shorts, known as Central Torso Architecture, which sees the shorts anchored solidly in place in three key areas, the thigh, lower back and shoulders. The result of the Central Torso Architecture are shorts that hold firm across the centre of the torso when you adopt an aggressive riding position and the pad remains firmly in place so it can't cause rubbing but when you jump out of the saddle for sprints, powering up hills and diving into corners you'll enjoy amazing freedom of movement. Fabian's Favourite Features With Fabian Cancellara's input, Gore has given the shorts wide, flat-laying bib straps and a leg design that minimises seams leading to shorts that drape over the thighs perfectly, with optimal stretch for compression and comfort. Inside the shorts, an EXPERT Race seat insert features high-density foam specifically placed to support the sit bones when you're in a race position. The pad is attached to the shorts with minimal stitching and reduced seams, eliminating areas to chafe. Meanwhile, the GORE® WINDSTOPPER® Cup adds windproof protection around the most sensitive areas of the pad enhancing comfort considerably. When you're pushing the pace, forging a breakaway, bridging a gap just like Fabian then the C7 Race Bib Shorts+ give you the incredible comfort and support you need to concentrate on the searing effort of a race-winning move.
