The rubber plant gets its name from the white latex coursing through its veins, which was once used to make rubber. The plant has 13 leaves which fan out from a bark creating a glossy green plant. The individual leaves emerge from the bark the glossy leaves have a thick, rubber-like look. This ornamental plant has a bold structure and is one of the most well known plants in the world. Perfect if you don't want the hassle or have the time to care for living plants. Free from maintenance so there is no need to water or prune. The plant simply looks perfect all year round.
