Description
Gundel pans - cast-iron pans and pots since 1972. They have been made piece by piece by hand after a complex and unique casting process, under constant quality control. The microfine CD bottoms of the Gundel pans are standardised to DIN standard so that they correspond to regular hob sizes. Thanks to the exceptional 8-10mm thick induction-thermo-base, no warping or bending will occur, even after years of use. This technology is based on magnetic fields that are incorporated into the hob as well as into the bottom of the pan, meaning that the heat is transmitted via magnetic waves. This allows for energy-saving frying and simmering. The ferromagnetic honeycomb plate is made of stainless steel and is permanently fused into the pre-cast base. All Gundel pans come with automatic pot detection and an 8mm thick induction-thermo-base. The surface of every Gundel pan features an extremely hard, biotan layer. This helps you with low-fat frying and is also extremely durable. Size: 24cm
