Hardy Verbena Seabrooks Lavender Set of 6 Plugs
Description
Hardy Verbena Seabrooks Lavender Set of 6 Plugs A unique, perennial verbena, 'Seabrook's Lavender' was originally found by garden writer and broadcaster Peter Seabrook in his garden and was launched at the prestigious RHS Chelsea Flower Show. Covered in a profusion of rounded clusters of fragrant, lavender-coloured flowerheads all summer, each bloom is characterised by a gorgeous deep pink eye and sits on top of a soft mound of green leaves. A clump-forming plant, Seabrook's Lavender is a tender perennial, which will, with winter protection, return year after year in an explosion of pastel-perfect colour right through to the first frosts. Compact enough to be grown at the front of beds and borders and to soften hard landscaping, this choice verbena is also perfect in pots and baskets and is ideal for gravel gardens. It's easy to grow too, it'll thrive in any reasonably good soil, so is perfect for novice gardeners or those of us who are strapped for time and like to leave things to just get on with it! Supplied as a set of 6 plug plants, ready to pot up and grow on.
