Highland Cattle
Description
Originally from the Highlands, this Scottish cow has a long, wavy, woolly coat that allows it to stay warm during winter and protect itself from branches and brush. Recognizable by its predominantly red coat and two long horns erected in the air, the Highland cow can graze in areas of moors but also swampy. It is sometimes used to maintain the landscape.
