Although not likely to produce a crop of coffee beans, Coffea Arabica house plant makes an excellent feature plant in the home! With dark, glossy foliage and a neat habit, each leaf with a crinkled texture, its sure to make an interesting talking point with guests. Position in a bright area, but away from strong, direct sunlight, and you may even enjoy some delicate, fragrant white flowers in spring. Position Coffea plants in a warm room away from cold draughts and radiators, with a constant temperature above 16C (60F). Coffee plants prefer a bright, but lightly shaded spot, away from the direct glare of the sun. Water Coffea regularly, allowing the soil to dry out slightly between each watering. House plants should be fed regularly between March and September when they are in active growth. Coffee plants appreciate a humid atmosphere - stand plants on a tray filled with pebbles and water. As the water evaporates it will increase humidity around the plant. Misting the foliage daily with a fine spray will also help to improve humidity. Decorative pot not supplied.
