HOY Bonaly 16 Inch Wheel 2020 Kids Bike
Description
About the Hoy Bonaly 16At Hoy bikes we're motivated by always remembering how riding a bike is a special part of childhood, so our bikes make that experience more enjoyable for children and offer the most value and reward for parents. The Bonaly is our best-selling children's bike, named after the area of the Pentland Hills where a younger Sir Chris Hoy first rode his mountain bike. Everything about this bike has been designed to make it equally likely to be a part of an illustrious cycling career as those hills were. Understanding that a child's bike is a much greater percentage of their weight than an adult's bike is, we reduced the weight of the redesigned Bonaly wherever we could - and it was a light bike to begin with. All new frame tubing dimensions, lower-weight components, fewer spokes, we even developed foam padding for the saddle which saved weight and improved comfort. Combine our lightest ever children's bike weights with our proven frame fit and size specific, narrower cranks that put the feet closer together and mean no overstretched legs and the differences made to a child's riding can be dramatic. Enough to get little riders over the Bonaly hills and back? Hopefully, but should you need to carry the bike for them at any point you'll be happy with that low weight too! The 16" wheel Bonaly uses micro-drive gearing to reduce weight even further, but the details a small cyclist will notice most are the extra-small brake levers and the easy control they offer. Bike Sizing Choosing the bike size depends on the type of bike, your height, your riding style, and your preference. A correct fitting bike will be more comfortable, more efficient and more fun to ride. This bike size guide gives our customers general advice on choosing the right size.
