The patented hybrid technology features a "three-layer structure" - aluminum between two layers of stainless steel, laser-etched hexagonal rid with a protected nonstick surface in the valleys - to deliver the searing power of stainless steel, the durability and nonstick convenience of cast iron. Our Hybrid 30 cm stir-fry pan features a "Northern Style" stir-fry pan design, including a long stainless steel stay-cool handle and an additional handle for lifting, making it perfect for easy heat and flavor dispersion. Use your HexClad cookware on any home stovetop or range, including induction cooks. Each item is scratch-resistant, dishwasher safe, and oven safe up to 260 °C. Your purchase includes a 15 cm stirry pan, please note that the lid is not included. The 15 cm stir-fry pan measures 30 cm in upper diameter, 1 cm in bottom diameter, 9 cm in height, and weighs 1.3 kg.
