The pasta machine is precision engineered in heavy-duty chrome-plated stainless steel and is extremely easy to use with a detachable, rotating wooden handle and a secure clamp that allows the machine to be firmly fixed to work surfaces when in use. Mounting is easy and doesn't require any tools. The pasta maker with adjustment dial allows making lasagne sheets in up to six thicknesses. For cutting the pasta sheets in different types of pasta like tagliatelle 2mm, fettuccine 6,5mm, pappardelle 32mm or spaghetti Ã¸2mm, simply mount the appropriate cutter attachment. These can be purchased separately. The detachable wooden handle allows for easy storage. This Imperia manual pasta machine can be equipped with an electric machine head (to be purchased separately) to produce large quantities of pasta without effort.
