Description
The imperia tagliatelle cutter is the perfect tool for cutting pasta sheets into neatly cut tagliatelle. The cutter simply fits onto the imperia manual pasta machine and pasta presto electric pasta maker and is ready for use once fitted. Start by making pasta sheets bypassing your pasta dough through the roller of the pasta machine until the required thickness is reached. Afterwards, roll the sheets through the cutter to produce homemade 2mm wide tagliatelle.
