For example, extend the table endlessly with this straight intermediate shelf, available with and without a recess for a PowerPoint. Material Ash is a slightly soft wood with a tight, straight grain. Ashwood is strong and hard-wearing. Sanded ash gives a neat, smooth appearance. Brushed ash has more character and band-sawn ash wood has a very robust and rough look. In case of stubborn stains, ash wood can be easily re-treated. Sand the wood to 180 gritty paper, then ash wood can be well protected with the oil, wax, varnish or stain of your choice.
