Description An exceptional Victorian gilt centre table with putti decoration & inset slate top. The table is a true statement piece & would've originally been in an exceptionally grand home when it was made in 1879. The table has a carved wooden frame & plaster details & has then been gilded all over. I believe this table has been re gilded in the past 30 years or so & it has also had a repair to the base (see last image).
