Description An unusual large purple ceramic saffron jar which has been converted into a double light table lamp. I believe the jar to be Victorian & would've housed the most expensive spice by weight in the world, Saffron. It has a deep purple tone & is an excellent size. If you smell the lamp closely, you can still smell the wonderful strong scent of the reminiscence of the ancient spice. The lamp has been expertly rewired with a purple braided fabric flex & has been PAT tested ready for its new home.
