For example, the strikingly flat plates with the narrow edges can also be used as trays for tea light holders on the sideboard and trays as containers for bath utensils. Formal purism is rounded off stringently by the sensitive texture and colour design: the inside and top surfaces of the tableware pieces are finished with a glossy glaze, while the outer and undersides are finished with a rather unusual matt glaze.
