For use from birth until they are 105cm (which is around 18.5kg, or 4 years) it is easy to install, easy to use and best of all, your little one will be comfortable and super-safe.All the safety experts agree, the safest way for a car seat to face is to the rear and as the i-Spin Safe is all about being as safe as possible, the i-Spin Safe is a rear-facing-only seat. The seat spins on its base 90° in either direction and you can engage the twist and turn it with just one hand, which means you can twist the seat towards either car door, making getting them in and out an absolute breeze. No more stretching and contorting as you try and get them in.Fitting the seat is super easy too. Simply click the ISOFIX arms into place on your car and then adjust the 19-position leg until the load leg indicator turns green to tell you it's fitted correctly. Moving onto safety - The seat has Joie's guard Surround Safety panels which automatically extend when your child is in the seat, providing extra safety in the event of a crash. There is also a 5-point harness with shoulder and buckle covers to ensure they are comfy as well as safe. The 3 piece Grow-With-Me infant insert also ensures they are correctly positioned when they are little.The i-Spin Safe really earns its name due to the fact that it has passed not just one set of high-standard safety tests, but two! Not only is it tested to the R129 (i-Size) safety standard, but Joie has successfully put it through the extensive Swedish Plus Test too. The Swedish Plus Test is a voluntary test carried out by VTI, the National Road and Transport Research Institute, in Sweden and is considered the toughest set of crash tests for car seats in the world.Now we are onto the little extras to make life a bit easier for you, the parent! As well as the one-hand 90° rotating seat, there are 6 different recline modes, all of which can be adjusted without re-installing the seat. Then there is the extendable headrest and harness, simply lift the headrest and the harness extends too - so no complicated un-threading and re-threading and when you pull the strap to tighten, the easy one-pull motion puts the headrest in the correct place when the harness is tight. Altogether less worrying whether you have it correct or not!For further technical information or advice, please email your enquiry to our Child Seat experts - childcarseats@demon-tweeks.com or telephone the team direct on +44 (0)1978 667903 #videocontainer { position: relative; overflow: hidden; width: 100%; padding-top: 56.25%; margin-bottom: 20px; } #videocontainer>iframe { position: absolute; top: 0; left: 0; bottom: 0; right: 0; width: 100%; height: 100%; }
