Balanced table lamp Metro with marble base The Metro table lamp embodies an elegant lighting element that seems to be characterised by balance. The basis is a solid, stable marble base, which is brought into a cylindrical shape. The grey appearance in combination with the many fine, typical marbling effects takes the heaviness out of the picture. At the bottom the foot ends with a fine brass-coloured ring and above it a rounded notch in which a brass-coloured disc is inserted. This disc is the holder for the lamp arm and seems to lie simply in the recess. At the end of the arm is a lampshade, which indicates a conical shape. It emits a direct, directed light downwards and illuminates the immediate area.
