A mix of materials from plastic and fabric - the LED table lamp Light-Air by Eugeni Quitllet This table lamp is made almost entirely of thermoplastic technopolymer, a plastic, but in addition it has a second shade made of fabric under the plastic shade. This additional fabric shade results in a material mix of plastic and fabric, which incidentally continues to warm the light effect, creating a feel-good atmosphere. Designed this table lamp by Eugeni Quitllet, a Catalan designer, for the brand Kartell. The structure of the lamp is reminiscent of a lampshade, which is clamped in a picture frame. The company Kartell was founded in 1949 and since then has been known for its plastic creations, especially in the field of furniture. In addition to the numerous awards it has received for its unique and innovative ideas, the company has also established its own museum to celebrate the history of the brand and its heritage. Above all, the responsible use of the materials used plays an important role for the company.
