The Kase Sony Alpha ND1000 Clip-in Filter offers ten stops of exposure reduction, allowing for better control of shutter speeds and aperture to create the required level of depth of field or motion blur, even in extremely bright conditions. Many super-telephoto and wide-angle lenses can't attach conventional filters to front filter rings; the ND1000 clip-in filter resolves this issue by mounting inside the camera's body, directly in front of the image sensor. Engineered from B270 grade optical glass, it features the finest quality nano-coatings to reduce haze. This filter is also designed to act as a protective cover to the image sensor when shooting in rough environments. Best of all, it is very easy to install and use. You can easily remove it using the supplied removal tool. Moreover, the included matte black shading fabric helps to reduce the chances of unwanted lens flare.
