This 2-storey Emergency Escape Ladder is designed to offer an additional escape route from a building that is on fire. It should be stored in sleeping areas for ease of access, and is designed for single use only and should never be re-used. When in use, it has a height of 3.96m (13 feet) and is easy to use, and attaches to most window sills that are up to a maximum depth of 11 inches (28cm) and a minimum width of 16 inches (41cm).
