While the multipurpose Blue Astringent Herbal Lotion was created for use specifically on oily-prone areas it can also be used as an all-over toner for oilier skin types. It's formulated with menthol and camphor to soothe and balance skin. It's also effective a post-shave facial treatment. How To Use Moisten a sterile cotton pad with facial toner and apply to skin in areas where needed avoiding the immediate eye area.
