Angels' Share is the English translation of la part des anges. This is the mysterious part of the distilled eau-de-vie that evaporates as it matures in the voluminous barrel. For eight generations, the Hennessy family has regarded it as an offering to the gods. The Eau de Parfum Spray Refill releases a scent of caramelised cognac and dark oak wood. This is spiced up with a hint of cinnamon. Angels' Share by Kilian Paris is therefore almost like a cognac composed from exquisite eaux-de-vie.
