Inspired by a love for chocolate, Knoops founder opened a store dedicated to the stuff. But not your ordinary kind. Instead, the label is known for its expertly crafted chocolate drinks and tea infusions which it curates using Knoopology (a term referring to its process of picking different cacao percentages of chocolate and pairing them with flavours).
