Exhibiting all the qualities you'd expect from this synonymously Scottish style, including a flat fringe-edged front panel, a sharply pleated skirt and side buckles, it is given a deliberately feminine fit with its comfortable wide waistband that falls from above the waistline to a seam at the hips. Comes complete with kilt pin.
