Description
Symple Stuff This is both a roasting pan and an earthenware pizza dish with a diameter of 33cm and a material used for centuries to cook food and suitable for long cooking. Terracotta, in fact, has as its main characteristic that it is refractory, a quality that allows it to accumulate heat and release it slowly, favoring homogeneous cooking at the same temperature. It is covered with a protective satin enamel that leaves the typical artisan look unchanged, allowing to serve pizza in a way that is not only suggestive but also practical, as it is preheated in the oven allows to serve a cult of Italian cuisine at the right temperature until to the last slice.
