The Leki Khumbu AntiShock trekking poles are made of 3-section super-strong aluminium designed to withstand the rigours of challenging hill and alpine routes. The standard Khumbu AS offers a sturdier version than the AS Lite model with a longer overall length and thicker shaft diameter thats better suited to users over 180lbs.The Khumbu AS comes ready with secure Speed Lock that allows 35cm of height adjustment making them great when hiking through variable terrain. The Aergon Cortec handle both comfortable and cleverly designed to allow for airflow to keep your hands well ventilated and reduce sweat. The additional Lock Security Strap 2.0 ensures the poles stay where you want them. When not in use they collapse down to 71cm for ease of travel.The DSS Dynamic Suspension System uses a soft rubber collar to absorb and reduce impact by up to 40. This helps combat muscle fatigue and protect joints and ligaments from repeat impact over longer hikes.
