The rockered twin-tips have early rise, which helps prevent edge-catching when buttering and pressing or doing switch-ups on rails, as well as early taper which pushes the skis contact points further towards the waist than on a traditional twin-tip. Underfoot the ski has a traditional camber to keep that stable central platform for hitting rails and a firm edge grip for carving up kickers or just ripping all around the mountain.
