Description

This vintage farmhouse table is the perfect size to make a statement in any kitchen or dining room. It has a beautifully characterful pine top full of rustic charm. I have sanded this down & treated it with three coats of Danish Oil to create a rich, water-resistant surface. It stands firmly on turned legs which I have painted using Vintage chalk paint in a creamy white called Calico. I have given the paintwork a slightly distressed finish & then used clear & a little dark wax to seal. The table has a large cutlery drawer with its lovely original bun handle. I have lined the drawer with oilcloth which can easily be removed. A really beautiful table which has been much loved over the years & is ready to be at the heart of a new home. I have paired it with a set of mix & match farmhouse chairs which are currently listed for sale separately. The table measures 122 cm long & 73 cm wide & stands 77 cm high.
