The Loxley 12' x 8' Hayle Summer House With Side Shed is a stunning handmade summer house in sleek modern style. The summer house can be utilised as a home office, outdoor gym or a hobby room, as well as storage building as side storage shed is cleverly incorporated to the overall design of the building. Featuring high quality bi-folding double doors and single door, both fitted with a mortice lock, and two fixed windows glazed with a safety styrene glazing. The building is constructed from a 12mm shiplap cladding over superior 44mm framing. The floor and roof are made from matching 12mm Tongue and Groove boards, with the roof covered in mineral felt to protect the building from damp. All timber is certified sustainably sourced. The summerhouse comes dip treated in a honey-brown finish.
