Made for Drink Duck Fritons Made For IPA 32g
Description
This is the snack that your favourite IPA wants to be paired with. Inspired by a delicacy from rural Gascony called Fritons de Canard, Made for Drink have taken the skin from free-range ducks raised on a farm in South Devon, and cured it with Dorset sea salt, before baking it crisp. The result is an intensely savoury nibble that's big on crunch and the kind of moreish saltiness that can only be quenched with a fruity IPA, premium cider or crisp white wine. We really enjoy them with Riesling, but we'll continue to experiment because we're constantly caring about you - nothing at all to do with the fact that these are so irresistible. Bored by the usual nuts and crisps on offer in his local, Dan set up Made for Drink in Berkshire to create some next level snackage. All he wanted was to create snacks so intensely delicious that they'd be stocked in his all-time favourite watering hole: Heston Blumenthal's The Crown. Within a few months his mission was accomplished; not only that, but they were also picked up by The Hind's Head at Bray and Rick Stein's The Cornish Arms in Padstow. That's some fancy pub pedigree right there. Now, thanks to Harvey Nichols, you can enjoy them in the comfort of your own home.£1093.75 per 100.00g
