Mario Badescu's non-drying, alcohol-free toner cleans and disinfects dry and sensitive skin. Its mild witch hazel formula removes pore-clogging debris while anti-inflammatory seaweed and aloe extract soothe sensitive areas. Use twice daily after cleansing.
