Pick your handle (sold separately) 2. Insert the barrel into your handle until you hear the 'click' and the button on the side pops out indicate the barrel is secure. 3. Once the barrel is fitted correctly, it should not be possible to remove the barrel from the handle without pressing the release button located on the side of the handle. 4. Turn on the handle using the ON/OFF switch and allow up to 60 seconds for the barrel to reach optimum temperature - a light will show to indicate the curling wand is on. 5. The barrel will get hot so recommend to use the Heat Proof Glove provided for extra protection against the heat when styling. 6. Take a small section of hair and spray with our Curl Lock Heat Protection Spray, then wrap the hair around the barrel - hold for 10 to 15 seconds (dependant on hair thickness) - and repeat on the next section. 7. Top tip - pin each curl as you go to allow the curl to cool and last longer. 8. Ensure you use a heat resistant mat or surface when using the curling wand - make sure any surfaces the wand is placed on will not be damaged by heat. 9. Once finished, turn the wand off and unplug from the mains, allowing it to cool one a heat resistant surface before removing or changing the barrel. 10. Use either your fingers or a wide tooth comb to gently brush out the curls to give a natural finish. 11. Finish with a hairspray to set your look in place.
