The extra protection of MAP, perfect fit and impressive features make the helmet unparalleled in the luxury class. MAP - Created to Protect Clinical studies have shown that injuries occur again and again in the same places during falls. At these places, Maker used MAP pads to improve the protection to these particular at-risk areas. Thanks to its multi-impact properties, MAP foam resumes its original form instantaneously, ensuring increased protection even against multiple rapid strikes. It performs at a high level in all temperature ranges. EPS foam with MAP pads helps reduce impact forces by 15 - 22 % compared to regular EPS. Construction The Hybrid Shell construction combines the best features of in-mold and hard shell for an extremely light but perfectly shock absorbing helmet. Optimum safety, durability and not least comfort are the result. Ventilation The active MarkAir Channel ventilation system consists of a precisely calculated network of vents and air ducts. In combination with the 2 Position Climate Control, individual adjustment of the air flow is quite simple, even when wearing gloves. Fit System The RTS Fit System allows for easy and precise adjustment to the helmet using the dial. This results in a perfect fit and comfort. Fidlock Closure The closure is designed so that you clip your helmet on and off even if you're wearing gloves. It is one of the first ever magnetic closures.
