Description
This carpet is hand-knotted in Mashad. They often have a large, centrally placed medallion of beautiful floral motifs, a typical oriental motif. The medallion is in dark blue-red and blue shades and the wool of the carpet is very soft. The Mashad carpets are often reminiscent of some of the Keshan carpets.
