Marlow home co.® are made from recycled fishing nets (recycled from the fishing industry/ fish farming) and from other nylon & plastics which would typically end up in a landfill. the yarn used to make Marlow home co.® is a recycled nylon called econyl® a small amount of ‘ghost’ fishing nets may also end up in Marlow home co.®. ghost fishing nets have been recovered from the sea by divers. marlow home co.® are made and designed in the UK the back of the mat is studded to minimize movement on floors and carpets. the backing also contains some recycled content (approx. 35%).
