Well travelled - earliest designs date from 2000BC found in the British Isles, but then spread through Greece to India and Thailand….they later became catwalk symbols for pop and punk culture in the 1980s and 90s thanks to Jean Paul Gaultier, Karl Lagerfeld, Alexander McQueen, Dries Van Notem, Rodarte and Alexander Wang.
