Matrix Super Sync Pre Bonded Toner 90ml is a super versatile creamy conditioning toner that includes bond protective formula to protect bonds and preserves fibre strength. The formula has glide enhancing oil that makes it easier to apply allowing you to carry out a number of colouring techniques such as 75% grey coverage, lowlighting, refreshing mid/ends, root blends and colour correction that lasts up to 9 weeks and leave hair up to 2x shinier.
