This door features superior engineered construction and is supplied unglazed with a loose bead on one side. It comes unfinished and unglazed. It boasts a 10-year manufacturer guarantee and is FSC Certified. Dimensions available: 1981 x 915mm x 44mm, 1981 x 1067mm x 44mm, 1981 x 1168mm x 44mm, 1981 x 1220mm x 44mm, 1981 x 1372mm x 44mm, 1981 x 1524mm x 44mm. When trimming, reduce equally from both sides. Each side can be trimmed up to 6mm for doors with a lipping of 10mm or more, and 3mm for those with a 6mm lipping. Trimming over 6mm invalidates the FD30 rating for fire doors. Three hinges are recommended for added rigidity and strength. All untreated products must be fully sealed before hanging, covering all surfaces, including tops, bottoms, and recesses for hinges, locks, handles, etc. Waxes and oils are unsuitable for sealing and will void the guarantee..
