Description
The woollen teddy bear is Menu’s mascot for the Nepal Project, a new trade initiative developed in collaboration with charity organisation Danida. It seeks to provide much-needed fair employment and future opportunities in one of the world’s poorest countries, combining traditional working skills with a recognisable Scandinavian aesthetic. Crafted from sumptuously soft merino wool in a muted grey hue, the teddy is perfect for both children and adults alike – either as a comforting toy or as a contemporary piece of décor. Produced in the Kathmandu area, where Menu employ hundreds of weavers, tailors and local craftspeople, the teddy imbues ethical values. It makes a wonderful gift for a newborn or child. Features: Menu Woollen Teddy Bear - Light Grey 100% Merino Wool Movable arms and legs Care Instructions: Hand-wash with wool detergent Dimensions: H: 25.5cm x W: 11.5cm x D: 6.5cm.
