midgard AYNO L floor lamp grey/orange 4,000 K
Description
In variable arc shape - LED floor lamp AYNO with dimmerThe luminaire manufacturer midgard was founded by the engineer Curt Fischer (1890 - 1956), who is considered the inventor of directable light. This idea was newly implemented in the series AYNO by the industrial designer Stefan Diez as a modern interpretation. The floor lamp AYNO inspires in living and recreation rooms as well as representative business premises and offices as a creative, clever and versatile light source. Above the round steel base rises a vertical frame rod, from which a fiberglass boom emerges. This is initially vertical due to its inherent tension. The externally running textile cable is attached with two sliding adjustment rings, which depending on the distance bring the cable to tension and thus tilt the boom down. This turns AYNO into an arc lamp in the blink of an eye. Additional options for customization are provided by the dimmer switch on the plug cable and the swiveling attachment of the cone-shaped shade. The latter is made of recycled polycarbonate/ABS plastic and houses a high-quality LED module (CRI ≥ 95), which can be easily removed in case of defect (bayonet catch). The structured cover ensures homogeneous diffusion and reduced glare (UGR ≤ 16) of the light.- Winner of the German Sustainability Award Design 2020
