midgard AYNO XL floor lamp grey/orange 2,700 K
Description
Particularly high LED floor lamp AYNO in variable arc shape, equipped with dimmerWith its enormous height, adaptability and modern design, the floor lamp AYNO is a contemporary eye-catcher for large rooms, in private as well as in commercial/public areas. The idea of achieving a directable light with an alignable construction is already about a century old. It comes from the engineer Curt Fischer (1890 - 1956), who also made a name for himself as the founder of the lighting manufacturer midgard. Today, this company is still responsible for the high-quality workmanship of the luminaires at locations in Germany. In the AYNO series, industrial designer Stefan Diez spans an arc between the established idea of directable light and modern design - and not only in a figurative sense. The characteristic feature of AYNO is the fiberglass cantilever, which springs from a base of steel with a round base and vertical frame arm. The boom is initially vertical due to its inherent tension, and can be tilted downward with the sliding of two adjustment rings - which is accompanied by the tensioning of the textile cable. Thus, the floor lamp AYNO becomes an arc lamp. The cone-shaped head made of recycled polycarbonate/ABS plastic offers another possibility for adjustment with its swiveling capability. It houses a high-quality LED module behind a structured cover, which convinces with excellent color rendering (CRI ≥ 95) and minimized glare (UGR ≤ 12). In the event of a defect, this can be removed without tools thanks to the bayonet lock. For operation, AYNO has a dimmer switch on the plug cable.- Winner of the German Sustainability Award Design 2020
