Description
Mizuno T22 Golf Wedge White Satin The Mizuno T22 Golf Wedge has been one-piece Grain Flow Forged using HD Boron, forged at Mizuno's iconic facility in Hiroshima, Japan. Mizuno has produced irons here since 1968. They are also built with a microlayer of copper beneath the nickel chrome, which delivers an extra-split second of control at impact.  "I’d look at the T22 as a great balance between the ultra-classic looks of the older T7 and the performance traits of the T20. We’ve managed to bevel the top edge in a way to retain the performance of the T20’s tapered blade. But keep the more traditional look of the T7. Both models had a following for very different reasons." - Chris Voshall of Mizuno Golf. The Mizuno T22 Golf Wedge has once again refined Mizuno's player's shape. Featuring a 'modified teardrop' profile with an extensively beveled top edge, making it appear thinner. The upper portion of the blade has also been tapered to create a spin-weighted blade design. This has helped create a more consistent spin as well as a more penetrating trajectory. Also built with Mizuno's HydroFlow Micro Grooves. These provide you with great performance in wet weather conditions, because they are laser etched to release moisture and reduce spin drop-off. The Quad Cut milled grooves are also cut into Boron infused steel, and this offers a longer effective lifespan.   Features MODIFIED TEARDROP DESIGN Built with a slightly more compact profile that has an extensively bevelled top edge.
