As part of its SS22 collection, Moncler Genius joins forces with young experimental designer DingYun Zhang to create a sculptural capsule that's influenced by underwater scenes and emergency inflatables – and this navy cropped puffer is the perfect example of the capsule's unique style codes. Made from glossy nylon laqué, it’s dramatically padded with warming down to create its avant-garde silhouette and features a super-experimental hood design - with snap buttons so it can be worn as a cocoon-like padded hood or opened up to reveal an asterisk shape which mimics coral and fungi from the deep sea. It’s finished with snug set-in ribbed cuffs and plenty of pockets throughout.
